Nobody holds a good opinion of a man who holds a low opinion of himself.

This consultancy exists to facilitate the evolution of schools and learning by synthesizing organizational transformation through organizational learning; curriculum design, planning and implementation using accelerated learning; and applying technology as a foundation level attribute in the organizational architecture. Prior to launching Thomas Campbell & Co. Inc. in 1998, I gained two decades of management and individual contributor experience working in the financial services, high tech, manufacturing and retail industries. I have extensive experience in organizational learning and development, sales and marketing, project and change management.

I have served on the part-time faculty of Cambridge College since 1998, serving on the Cambridge College Senate and appointed co-chair in 2000 – 2001. In addition, I have served on several academic technology task forces and has led workshops for students and faculty in the utilization of technology in learning. To see my official faculty profile, you can retrieve a PDF from the college. My graduate classes include classroom-based, blended and distance learning models. I earned my Masters in Education (M.Ed.) at Cambridge in 1996.

I hold a B.A. in American Studies from Keene State College and work at Mont Vernon Village School as the technology integration teacher.

Born, raised and schooled in Manhattan and The Bronx, I now reside in the Monadnock region of New Hampshire with my family.  I am an accomplished musician (appeared professionally throughout the Northeast), and a recently reformed Speed the Plough plans to give a handful of concerts annually. Recently,I have returned to writing as a creative outlet and am working on several projects.

While I enjoy the bucolic idylls of rural life, including gardening and walking about the woods, family vacations often focus on visits to urban landscapes to enjoy the amenities of cities: museums, theater, music and food.
